Can't get hard when in the heat of things..and only 16?

This is an embarring subject I feel. I'm 16 years old and feel like im suffering from ED or something. Until about a month ago i was just like any other teenager male, horny as hell and getting frequent hard on's.. I've been trying to have with a partner of mine for some time.. and when I finally got her in the bed and got in the heat of the moment I couldnt get good old johny up. I honestly tried everything i could think of. And honestly that wasnt the first time..its happend wiht other girls as well. Personally i think i am more of an emotional type and need to feel a good sense of commitment and caring..i dont run off of physical attraction alone. But the problem is, i havnt even been getting morning hard ons liike i usually do..its really hurting my self esteem and idk what i can do..im ready to just try finding some viagra..which actually souunds raw as hell cause i could go for hours hahaha.
