What's the connection between the New World Order and the "Reptilians"?

David Icke (the conspiracy theorist) insists that reptilians are governing us.. the general public even resist to accept the NWO... these theories that somewhat sound ridiculous just make the sceptics more SCEPTICAL about all this. Does anyone have any idea if the "Reptilian Agenda" or whatever they call it is real and logical?
