Jehovah's Witnesses: As true Christians, how do you feel about people who claim to be Christian but aren't?

Satan has really done a number on these people, who call themselves Christians but believe in things that are completely against the Scriptures such as the trinity, hellfire, immortal soul, Jesus being God, and so forth.
