Do renaults after 2001 all have th same radio /cd player?

I have a Renault clio 2002 which i have just bought and the previous owner removed the original renault cd player and replaced it with a piece of tripe. I want to know if all Renault's of the same year have the same radio that will work with the stalk and the display as i am thinking of buying one off ebay.
