Need help with jewelry for girlfriends BDay?

Her B-Day is on the same day as our anniversary. We will be IN FIJI on that day which is the 13th of november. We're leaving on the 31st of this month. I am getting her a beautiful pink topaz heart ring with diamonds and white gold - I also am going to go through the international star registry and name a star after her. So, I thought it would be great to get her a necklace with a star. The problem is I am having problems locating a necklace that is silver or white gold, star shaped, and has pink topaz or saphire in it as well. The perfect one would be a star with diamonds, and inside the star would be a pink topaz heart or something. Can someone help me find something please? Thank you so much!
