When will i be able to change this color from my braces!!?

I got my braces on a week ago, and i really like them, but i have been getting picked on really bad about the color..I picked out this light pink color and i thought the color looked really nice. Anyways this dude came up to me and said "The color of your braces reminds me of something" and I was like, I don't understand what your talking about?Then him and his friends start laughing..Then he said your braces are the color of a P*ssy. Then him and more people started calling me p*ssy mouth,I can't even talk because idiot will call me that filthy sick name...How many months can you change the color, cause I cant take this anymore.
