Pineal gland cyst?? plz answer!!!???

im 16 and i just fount out i have a 7.5mm pineal gland cyst after geting an MRI to see why i am partially deaf in my right ear and they fount this cyst and i went back and it went from 7mm to 7.5mm in a week but im wondering could this be causing my blurry and double vision and severe headaches????
