How do I install this mouse.?

I have a HP Pavilion a6337c desktop computer that came with a wireless mouse and keyboard, which are connected with a usb device. I want to keep the keyboard, but the mouse is kinda screwy and I want to use a corded one instead. I have windows vista by the way. How can I use the corded mouse instead of the wireless one?
