dark smokey eyes would work for you because you have good dark hair and eyebrows. but you have to learn how to do mascara and eyeliner better. and dont use cheap products. the best thing you can do is concealer under your eyes. it will clean up your look and brighten up your eyes. get an eyeshadow with shimmer in it too.
